    If you are sure you did not make the purchase and you have not shared your bank details, then you should do exactly that.

    Go to your financial entity and dispute the charge to block it as well.

    This is because access is mandatory to cancel a suscription from Xbox side :(

    My Ultimate Game Pass expired in August 2021 but I still get a recurring charge monthly even though it says I have no subscription. Support hasn't helped at all.

    Unfortunately I do not have any open subscriptions or any family members that share or possess subscriptions with me. Also, the credit card that is charged monthly is not one of my saved credit cards. I removed all cards from my account, but it still gets charged. Amazingly, when there was still human beings working in support, I spoke with a customer service rep and she said everything was fine and the charges would stop. They did not. And the virtual assistant has been more of a hindrance than a helper.

    I have a bigger problem, I am getting charged for services not requested. I have changed my card number with the Credit Card company and some how they are now charging on that number which has not been used with X-Box or Micro Soft account.

    The recent charges are not showing up on the account as purchases or subscriptions.

    Sorry to hear this. Did you contact your bank/credit card customer service and make them aware of these charges made aganist your card? They should'nt held you accountable for these fraud charges. And those charges seems like it was for movie/s, or add/on
    to a game. That $19.18 charge might have been for a game on sale or add on for a game too. And that $1 charge could have been for a subscription because in May they did have you could get 3months of game pass for $1.
