I have been booted offline and I don't know how to report them and I have evidence of pictures.

I have been HOST-BOOTED!

Yeah...I have wondered about that as well: on one hand, we get told to report players using some generic system if they breaking the "rules" but we then get told we can't actually actually name the players...strange indeed.

If they booted you through your internet, you would need to contact your ISP to alert them of the issue.

If you really feel like you are being Host-booted than don't join the game with that player, and if this player is knocking you offline then you will need to call your ISP and ask them to give you a new IP address. Oh and by the way please don't call out
other players on the forums it's a no-no around here.
