    Hi I would like to ask if you can lift my ban I had never read the code of conduct so once I saw the middle finger emoji sent to me I said to go
    (Mod Removed- Profanity) your self so I didn't know if you could get banned and I am 11 I play Xbox and my Xbox gamer tag is and I play FORTNITE every day pretty much so I would like to ask if you could lift the ban please
    I love Xbox you guys have amazing costumer service.

    http://xbox.com/consoleban    . For general info on violations and penalties, please read

    support.xbox.com/.../terms-of-use-conduct    . Please note that console bans are permanent, Microsoft does not un-ban consoles who have been banned. This is because there was a gross violation of the XBOX 360/Live's Terms of Service. Your console will stay
    banned, but for more information you should read the links above.

    Post on either board 15 or 16 which ever best matches your situations. No one on the genral forums can help with Bans/Suspentions.

    Hi, you have to go to enforcement.xbox.com to see if you are eligible for a case review. that's the only way.

    It is possible you have a suspension from Xbox Live, which is where Njal's advice would work. If you can play other games, but NOT Forza Horizon 4, you may have been banned from just that game. The forums at
    Forza Motorsport will be your best place to look after that.

    If you're able to post on this forum with the account that you believe to be banned, then you've not been banned.

    Sounds like your account has been suspended due to a billing violation. You'll need to do one of two things: Update your existing payment instrument so payment for whatever is in decline can be resolved, or add a new payment instrument to your account and
    the outstanding balance will be automatically transferred over on the the next cycle.
