I have been banned on 2K20, and it was not my fault...

I know the reasoning behind the ban, due to its racist and inappropriate content and why it can not be appealed due to how severe it was, but I did not do it as my password had to be changed due to someone invading my 2k account, which has no relation to my xbox account. I do not support any of the imagery that went into my account, I was still active in 2K20 while this was happening so I could not manage two devices at once. This ban also does not follow under the code of conduct of 2K20 and the EULA as it states,”you will not restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the Online Services (for example, by means of harassment, hacking, interfering, adversely affecting, or defacement)”, this explains that I should not be banned due to another player preventing me from enjoying online services by hacking and interfering with my account. My theory is that another user on Xbox got into my account and uploaded inappropriate imagery. I am just very upset that the game banned me for something that I did not do, which is just wrong. I have already contacted with 2k support and they deny to help me because they think it was me. I was wonder if you can take the time to communicate with someone from the 2k team and get me unbanned. Please I want to enjoy this game’s online services and play with my friends. I hope you can solve my problem and take your time responding to this.

As it's not a xbox live ban & a game specific ban then the op will have to try & contact 2K support again.Xbox live enforcement do not deal with game specific bans.

Quitting early is a violation of the terms of use, but I can understand where you are coming from.

Tell your mom not to disconnect the internet because she is most likely paying for Xbox LIVE and getting banned is just a waste of money.

Either way, If you want to appeal a ban, you have to submit a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com
