    theoretically , u dont own it , u rant it . As long as its connected to the internet and they can see what ur doing its not urs . Who knows if u try to mod it , they will probably put u in jail ,. thats what the new banning system is like . Ur console doesnt
    get banned dont worry , u get arrested for life . Go look at my avatar , i modded it , the most M$ can do is ban me but i dont care cuz i barely play online . If i do that on the xbox one , theyll cut ur *** .

    Anyways like I said as long as they know what ur doing , its not urs . The only thing thats urs is the case because u can probably remove somehow , nut if u remove any other hardware it wont work so its not urs :D

    @ fyerball it's a freaking update u moron it wouldn't be against the coc or w/e I'm sure if u provided ur reason to the xbox mods they would ensure it Just in case u do get in some [MOD EDIT] just contact the ppl responsible for enforcing
    the CoC itd be stupid to get banned for trying to update a game without xbox live it's like a DLC disk they don't consider that breaking of the CoC .... I think I made my point
