i was banned for calling someone a C*nt and my decision was upheld can they not shorten it as i think a 14 day suspension is a bit harsh plus its christmas i want to enjoy gameplay with my friends and show them what i have bought in game contend so please
as a one time only can you lift it or shorten the suspension im going to be more careful and another thing is there a limit to how many times you can get a temporary suspension until its permenant

File a complaint against it for harrassment and that'll get it banned.

Ban mistake

My account named has been banned for Harrassment and Abuse and it is an honest mistake. I never harrassed or abused anyone on Xbox live. It may have been a misclick or a misunderstanding. If you could please remove the ban hopefully then I
deeply appreciate it Thank you.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.

There's no specific number of times you can be suspended before receiving a permanent ban. You can be permanently banned the first time you violate the terms.

As long as messages have nothing harmful, like threats and harrassment and foul language, then there is no ban risk.

You haven't been banned because you have been "team killed harrassed".

Youve been banned, I assume, because you didn't adhere to the codes of conduct.

If.you het harassed, the best thing to do is mute, block and report offenders.

I would also advise against "earning your bans"

Yes, they can be banned for harrassment. Thought the punishment depends on how severe the enforcement team determines it to be. Suspensions can start at 24 hours and increase to 2 weeks with multiple enfractions, and then a permanent ban after the 2 weeks.
If the harrassment is severe enough, they will permanently ban them immediately instead of just suspending them.
