    I have been banned on xbox till 31st of January for nothing abusive only telling someone to learn how to play a game ,, so I want to appeal it

    You would need to go to the enforcement page HERE to file for a case review if eligible.

    If the suspension is 48 hours or less then it won't be eligible for a appeal.

    FYI, Playstation has the same rules.
    False.. I've been with PS4 since the beginning and neven been banned for anything.

    I have an xbox since christmas, and was banned twice for telling people if was dumb from them to feed then leave the game we were playing (Smite).

    Yet I've been told 6-7 times to kill myself, and only received 2 notifications that my report went through.

    How the **** telling someone to kill himself is ok, but telling someone that his behaviour is **** is not ?!?!

    You have got to be kidding me. So I cannot use the LFG the way it is intended to be used? And I get punished for doing absolutely NOTHING wrong. And someone gets away with WRONGFULLY REPORTING ME? I was blocked from making the post several times as it said I had to change the wording so how come I am still getting suspended after it allowed me to make the post? Why not just ban the word "sell" from the looking for group post all together if I cannot use it? There has to be something you can do. There is no way you are telling me to sit and do nothing about a 14 DAY SUSPENSION in which I did nothing wrong to begin with.

    Totally agree! My son has been banned with no reason given. Microsoft says if you are banned the details of why will be provided in the message but the message just refers you to their Ts&Cs - no specific details are given. My son is 12 - he doesn't know
    how to hack the game. If no one tells him what he did wrong how can he learn from his mistakes?
