    I have been banned for a reason that doesn't violate the CoC.


    Hello, I have recently been suspended for putting up a Looking For Group Post saying,"Büt this kid hes a m0dda", the reason I said 'Büt' and 'm0dda' was because 'boot' and 'modder' were inappropriate. What I meant was that somebody was modding and I was
    looking to see if any moderators could kick/boot him out the game. I'm hoping that somebody from the Xbox Team sees this and decide what action to make. The name of the account is MoreThan24K but in games it is TwinedWinter91. Also Stay Safe during these awful

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    If certain words are not allowed, trying to circumvent those words is also not allowed.

    Also, if you do come across someone who you think has done something to violate the code of conduct, you'd want to report them so the enforcement team can investigate them.

    I havent been in a 'black ops lobby' all i've played is gta? and then I got banned for no reason what so ever? I haven't violated any ToC or CoC what so ever? and the gamersocre on this is legit? it's my dads account :)

    He needs to file for a case review on the enforcement site if eligible.

    There's no guarantee that he will get his account back.Bans are rarely overturned.

    Doesn't matter if people report him for no reason,all reports are investigated & you will only be banned/suspended if you have violated the ToU/CoC.

    A permanent ban either means it was not the first time he has received enforcement action or what he did was a sever violation of the rules.

    As long as you upload it using the beta xbox app on a windows 10 pc & it doesn't violate the ToU/CoC then no,you wont be banned.
