make sure the game you bought is compatible with your xbox. if u use an xbox one but you bought a series s/x game (such as redfall or microsoft flight simulator) u should refund the game asap.

Ya it's also cause he's trying to download the game instead of playong cloud (he wants to play on cloud not installed )

Are you sure you have a Series and not a One S? The game wouldn't be compatible with a One S.
