    I have an xbox one s and it has been slow since the day I got it it takes hours to download low storage games can't even run roblox minecraft or any small or big games and it keeps factory resetting itself

    I'm an independent consultant and a member of the Xbox community just like you.

    I'm happy to help you today.

    I understand that the console resets to factory settings by itself, is this correct?

    If so, try a clean install of the operating system. Download this file:

    http://www.xbox.com/xboxone/osu1

    You will need a USB pendrive with at least 8GB of capacity, you will have to format it in your PC with NTFS format.

    Once you have downloaded the file, unzip it and copy the folder

    SystemUpdate folder to the formatted USB.

    Connect the USB, enter the troubleshooter and now choose the option to update offline.
