Hi its possible the console is trying to update itself

It can sometimes switch on while updating

The only thing you can do is to unplug from the mains

Turn it off at the wall socket after you have powered it down, if there is no electrical current going to the console it cant turn back on.

As far as a fix goes you would likely have to send it in for a repair/service as it should not be turning itself on, phoning support to clarify the issue might be prudent..
