Hi SachinSingh, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

On Game Pass subscription it doesn't matter if Xbox Game Pass for PC, or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you'll have the same version of Forza Horizon which is Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition.

By having an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you'll have Xbox Game Pass perks (eg; Disney+, packs for games, etc.). Also, you will be able to use cloud gaming on a PC along with other devices as long as you're in a supported region.

Both Xbox Game Pass for PC and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate include EA Play.

Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate edition is not included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Only the Standard edition is available from the Xbox Game Pass for Console and PC that comes with subscribing to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. You can see from the

Forza Horizon 4 product page on the Microsoft Store that the Standard edition is included with Game Pass and the other more expensive editions are discounted with Game Pass, but not included.

Subscribing to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will give you early access to Gears of War 5 Ultimate Edition 4 days before release but that is the only Ultimate edition content you'll get with the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as of right now.

I don't think anyone could be too sure of when this will happen, but I can say they don't sell Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition digitally, only the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions, however, Game Pass is a good alternative as you get to play Forza Horizon
4 and MANY MANY other games for $9.99 USD/month
