    I have an XBOX game Pass Subscription, but the app always tells me to get the subscription...


    I have an Xbox game pass subscription to which I make payment on a monthly basis.

    For past 1 week however, whenever I open the Xbox app on PC, it tells me to Join Game Pass (Which I already have!)

    Earlier I thought this was a bug which might get fixed after a day or 2, maybe after a windows update.

    But, my subscription details are not being updated on it. No matter what I tried.

    Help?

    im having the same problem and when i contacted them they said that they will fix it soon but they are clearly not doing so

    I have upgraded to a new p.c. and now when logging on to both my Microsoft store and my Xbox app my only options are to purchase the game or purchase a game pass... this confused me because when I go to my subscriptions it is telling me I have core game pass and not game pass... I had gold before and the game was always available to me to play. Why now that I have core it is not available without game pass. I'm so confused. I only purchased a gold subscription because it was the only way the Ark survival would let me play. Sad face

    hello my name is giuseppe, i have a 12 month xbox live gold subscription, yesterday i also tried to get the 1 euro game pass, to download new games. I just realized that my one year xbox live gold subscription has been canceled. So I canceled the game
    pass to get my one year xbox live gold subscription back, but now it tells me that I have to pay to have another subscription. Can I do something to recover it, I don't want to lose the 60 euros spent on the subscription ???? help me !!!

    PC Game Pass subscription from Microsoft Store account doesn't appear in Xbox App

    Forgot to add. When I sign out of Microsoft Store and back in, for a brief moment PC Game Pass shows under subscriptions in Xbox app, before immediately disappearing again, telling me to "GET PC GAME PASS." You can see in one of the screenshots where it is circled.

    Thank you, I suspected as much but EA's agent insisted I check with Microsoft.

    They then proceeded to tell me the game, which shows on the Game pass site, xbox app and EA App is actually not included and I have to pay EA a separate subscription..
