    I have an Xbox Account that I cannot access my old contact information.


    I am having issues accessing my old xbox account. i cannot reach support, the account is locked, and I do not have my contact information any longer. May sound skeptical, but I have more than enough to prove it is my account, including the fact I own the only xbox it can ne signed into. I also know when I started playing xbox live, certain games I have played on the account that there is a no chance anybody would know about my account. It is a shame their support is abyssmal for customers and wish I could get a refund or go to small claims for everything tied to the account

Let's say that the only alternative you have at this moment is to send the account recovery form (Believe me, this is the only option to recover access to your account), I have also gone through a similar situation, so I can give you some recommendations:

    The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:

    Hi Mr Darcy, I think my situation is a little more complicated than changing my account via console. first things first when I try they prompt me for my old account password. I have lost my old account password. not only that, I cannot retrieve it as the
    account seems to have been closed due to not logging in for sometime. So I am stuck in a situation where my existing Xbox live GT is tied to a expired windows account. I created a new one with my new email and am now trying to tie this windows account to
    my old GT. But if I cannot gain access to my old windows account to change it, I cannot do anything. Hope this clarifies.

    The problem is that I don't have a Microsoft or Xbox account, therefore I cannot access my purchase history as I do not have one. I already contacted my bank and they said to contact Microsoft before going back to them.
