I have an Ultimate Sub but cannot launch a game I own on another Xbox when signed in.

For a better understanding: Are you trying to play together with a second person on the other Xbox ?

If so that could work but the other person would need an own account.

Once confirmed, please turn off the recurring bill for your subscription.

Manage> Turn off recurring bill

If it's already off, select Turn on recurring bill

Then press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

Unplug everything from the back of your Xbox.

Wait 3 minutes, and then plug the power cord and HDMI back in.

Then, please check if that fixes the issue.

Just to clarify some more first is that i dont own an xbox when i upgraded to ultimate the fine print said only those previously sub to ultimate would not be eligible but i only had the pc ganepass for 1$ that came with a Spotify code then i went to ultimate
for the other codes and 1$ sub

do you have gamepass ultimate by chance, i have found that games i own appear under gamepass section only while subscribed as the gamepass licence overrides your own licence whilst subbed. Once the sub ends they reappear under owned games.

You can have gold on one account and have that set ashome on the first xbox and anyone that signs in on that xbox get to play the games and have the benfit of gold.

that same account can then sign into another xbox and as long as its online can play but no other accounts on that second console can benefit from gold.

i have 6 xbox ones in my home and have 3 gamepass ultimate subs to cater for 5 kids and mine. which is even worse when you want to use game pass ultimate on 4 pc's lol.

no easy way around it, same on psn too.
