    I have an ssd Seagate Xbox 2TB Portable Gaming Hard Drive but it still doesn’t let me play games from my hardrive!? All I have read is that you can’t play x/a games on hdd but this one says it is ssd?

    I think this knowledge needs to be spread more. A lot of these hard drives advertise high speed gaming when you can’t even play from them. Unhappy about wasting money here 😂 thank you for the reply!

    For Series S/X optimized games, you can only play them off the internal drive or one of the expansion cards that were created specifically for the console. They will not run off of a regular hard drive or SSD.
