    I have an OPEN NAT but I still cant party chat with my friend.


    Every once and a while when I plug my headset into my controller my friend will hear a ton of static but thats it. I did the port forwarding thing to get my NAT setting to go from moderate to open but still am having the same issues. PLEASE HELP this is
    very frustrating.

    Party chat issues

    My problem started a week ago with party chat with my friends when in a party using kinect for microphone my friends can hear me but i cant hear them.

    I have a sagemcom router model number:F@ST2504n

    The system says I have open nat and even did the nat wizard to make sure. It does say in the detailed description that I have open nat but behind a coned nat.



    Any possible assistance greatly appreciated.

    Party Chat Issues w/ Open NAT

    My friend and I have the same problem. Our NAT is Open in XBOX One Settings and also shows Open In-Game. but we cannot Chat. We have tried to chat with just party outside of the game and still nothing.

    disable any setting that enables SIP ALG in your router. should help a little

    If you have a chance to borrow another headset and controller, it could be a faulty connection leading to the static issue and not being able to chat.

    Can you hear your friend speak? If so, i would assume that the microphone itself has it's wire not properly fitted/or has come loose.
