    I have an ongoing ban but it doesn’t show up on my enforcement history?


    So last month I had a ban for two weeks one was a communication ban , another all online multiplayer. I have now served the ban and I still have a communication ban but I have no explanation to this in my history , I am unable to file a case review as I
    do not have any cases to review at this point. I personally want this ban removed as soon as it possibly can because I’m missing out on the full Xbox live experience at the moment.

    Suspensios is over but the console still say im banned

    so my ban was susposed to be uplifted today but wasnt so i waited till 12 am now january 6th and the console keeps coming up with the ban hammer, byt i checked the enforcement site and it says i have no ongoing suspensions at all that was the first one on
    that account. Why am i still banned?

    on My enforcement history it said I was supposed to get I suspended on sept. 2 and that past and on my Xbox it says I will get unsuspended in sept.11 but that suspension doesn’t show on my enforcement history

    I have an ongoing ban but it doesn’t show up on my enforcement history?

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    It doesn’t show the permanent ban thing on the enforcement website.It only shows it when I log in my account on my game

    There isnt a way to fight the ban but if you go to xbox enforcement history and take the quiz it makes it so the ban wont show up on your reputaion and ban history.

    Xbox console says my account is permanently banned, the enforcement website says its a 14 day ban.

    This literally just happened to me, it says I’m permanently banned but I can access the enforcement page, although it doesn’t say anything under enforcement history? Is it a glitch?
