    I have an issue with Xbox for PC App (blanked out games downloaded to my PC)


    I have greyed out games in the xbox for PC app which are installed on my PC, I have followed everything suggested in the "How to fix section" including using poweshell and deleting both App and gaming services, both accounts are signed in with the same email etc me but still the games are greyed out. Oh and I have no windows updates or such like

    Can anyone tell me what to do - can microsoft sort this from their end by using remote PC access ?

    Yes, if your computer originally came with Win 10.

    If I updated to WIndows 11 would that do the same as reinstalling windows 10 ?

    In cases like this you will have to reinstall your Windows.

    My Windows information is as follows....

    Edition Windows 10 Pro

    Version 21H2

    Installed on ‎8/‎18/‎2020

    OS build 19044.2728

    Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0

    Game I am trying to play is Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 installed through the xbox store system I beleive via gamepass version (Standard)

    The issue I am having is that every installed game is greyed out there is none of my installed *to PC games showing all are greyed out.

    I have all the windows updates installed including the non essential ones, I also have my graphics drivers etc up to date through AMD I did one in the last 24 hours but the greyed out games issue was there prior to doing this update.

    I have done everything so far that has been suggested by your online system and the chkdsk method yesterday all so far have failed to get the Xbox PC app to recognise I have the games installed to my pc as all as said above are greyed out,

    Did that still the same, The procedures I have done are what was suggested in the "How to fix section of the microsoft site below...... https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-games-windows-10

    Listed in the above link - Still not fixed my issue

    Neither did the chkdsk method you asked me to do above.
