I have an issue with unrecognized transaction charge from Microsoft

So is it possible to request from MS which account that XGP is being charged to?

I may have had one in the past but TBH, I can't even remember what it is, let alone the password.

Well that is quite strange because I don't have one and have never purchased a XG Pass. I tried only the free ones that came with a purchase of a Game but never actually continued it and let it lapsed. They have been charging me every month since 2022.

The problem is I don't know whether it is coming from MS at all but based on that image I included, I can't definitely say it comes from MS.









Is there a contact email available or a number that I can contact MS about this XGP subscription?

Can you first check if the charges are coming from your Micrososft account?

Ok in that the case that means the suscription is Active through another account.

If you are completely sure you do not own multiples accounts or have shared your bank details with anyone, then you should go to your financial entity and dispute the charge to block it as well.

This is because access is mandatory to cancel a suscription from Xbox side
