I have an issue with my Xbox online services

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Click Contact us

Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

That's crazy bc mine says xbox service issues..I did what you said til update since i don't have that offer and I selected go online and it sent me back to my connection is all good but there are some xbox service issues.

@Dunk80 If Xbox Live is having issues, then you won't be able to play Destiny. It is an online only game. You will have to wait until Xbox Live services are restored. I cannot play any of the digital titles I have on my system because there is an issue with
Xbox Live.

I like the online service they provide so I have no complaints about $5 a month. My buddy was a hardcore Playstation fan but he had huge issues with their online service. Microsoft actually pays employees to monitor their servers.
