    I'm on a child account and my dad hasn't changed any of my settings. We checked and he can't change any of my settings back to normal because they are normal for him. Any fixes?

    Actually you were misinformed as no one on the forums can help with enforcement actions either.

    However, please try deleting your gamertag then power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. After that redownload your gamertag and see if that helps.

    Hi!

    It is actually “Communicate with video” and “Communicate with voice or text” in your XB1 Privacy setting that triggered the issue. You can still have Custom settings, but make sure the above two are not set to "Block"

    Are you still having trouble accessing voice chat or has it cleared up for you? If you haven't already, try a power cycle on your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off completely.
