Discus and support I have an issue with a code that seems to already been redeemed in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I recently pre-ordered WWE 2K17 to get the Goldberg DLC.     I have an issue with a code that seems to already been redeemed


    I recently pre-ordered WWE 2K17 to get the Goldberg DLC. Well when I attempted to put the code in and redeem it it states that this code has already been redeemed. Please help I have a Xbox 1 and if possible I just need a new code to play as Goldberg. The

    Im ordered a game but when i try to redeem the xbox live passport it says it already used

    Contact your reseller to get a new code.

    Seems like he sold you a code that already has been redeemed.

    SF 30 anniversary collection pre order code issues

    I have the same issue with these codes.

    I already contacted the Microsoft support team and now it’s seems that I redeemed both of the code with an another account. Seems very strange because I downloaded Street Fighter 4 Arcade Édition but I cannot play with it.

    We definitely do not recommend posting codes publicly as you risk losing the code. In this specific scenario we were able to determine that the code was redeemed.

    Where did you receive this code? Is there anyone that may have had access to it before redeeming? We were able to determine the code that was posted was redeemed , and the next best steps will be to reach out to where you received the code for further assistance.
    Since this is a code that was not sent out over Xbox Live, were are unable to replace the code with a different one.

    Apologies for any frustration this may have caused, please feel free to keep us posted!

    code not for both?. Have you tried activating it but not redeeming it in case there is an issue with the card?. If it says it already been redeemed it might have been redeemed by them by accident and not showing.

    My Microsoft Live support person told me to put my issue here so...

    Support in this forum is more to help with missing codes from promotions or issues with redeeming codes. Phone/chat support would be the only ones who could handle issues with codes that have already been redeemed.
