I have an error code i can't find

Guys i need help. I turned on my pc as usual, clicked on minecraft launcher and it redirected me to gaming services on the microsoft store. I went into library and updated gaming services and the launcher and it still wasn't working so i uninstalled the launcher and when i tried reinstalling it it never worked. I even tried downloading it from the xbox app and even the minecraft website but they all showed me the same error code: 0x800701c4 I tried looking it up on the xbox error code site but i couldnt find it. Pls help me i really want to play minecraft again. Also this is on windows 11. Ty in advance.

I tried downloading it from the minecraft website so basically i clicked download and it downloaded the installer fine but when i tried installing the launcher from the minecraft installer it showed me this screen.

May I know if you try to download the launcher from the Minecraft website, does it show you the "0x800701c4" error code when you try to install it or after installing?
