I understand that you need assistance in cancelling your subscription. To do this, you need to recover your account and end the subscription. Please follow the guide below.

1. Go to https://account.live.com/acsr and enter the email address, phone number, or username of the account you are trying to access.

2. Please enter an email address that we can use to contact you about your request.

3. Enter the characters you see on the screen to prove that you are not a robot and select Next.

4. A screen will appear asking you to verify the contact email address. Check for a message from us in the email with the security code, enter that code, and select Verify.

5. Fill in as much information as you can, even if you're not sure. See Tips for filling out the recovery form below.

6. Select Send when you're done and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Please be guided that even if you would recover your account, Xbox Games Pass subscription is non-transferable.

I’m having the same issue. My account says I’m 28 but I can’t access the content.

but wont i be paying twice i already pay £10.99 per month then when i get all access i pay £28.99 a month

You won't pay twice. What will happen is that, when you get the console, you will activate the 24 months of Game Pass (whilst you pay for it monthly, the entire 24 months is added to your account as soon as you go through the initial console setup)....you then won't make your regular, current payment until after that 24 months.

In my case: I was subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate when I bought my Series X via All Access last May. My account now shows that my next Game Pass payment will be July 2023.
