^^This link if you enter your MS Account, it will email you a password reset link, no forms required. You simply click the link they email you and you can reset your password.

Can you verify you have tried the first option they mention of getting an email link to reset your password sent to your email (microsoft account)?

Sorry English not the best at explaining. So no I've forgot my microsft account so I was forced to make a new one because I couldn't get any emails. I changed my email for my ps4 i have everything all my games and everything. On minecraft I was logged
out of the account and is telling me I have to link to be able to play online . When I try to link it says I can't successfully because I my ps4 account is already linked but I can't access my old email and password inorder to log in.

I'm sorry, but this didn't work, I clicked 'I forgot my password' typed my email and letter code in, I then chose Customer Support and filled out the form, it sent an email to my second email, I clicked the link to reset my password but I still get the blocked
message... There is no reason for it do this and block everything to do with my LIVE account... =/
