If you are unable to play your game due to some restriction, it is likely that you have parental controls enabled on your account that are prohibiting you from playing the game. I suggest that you disable any and all parental controls that are on your console or account.

I have the same problem. Settings are set correctly, but my daughter can't connect to Minecraft Realms or even accept invitation.

I have the same problem but when I go to change my privacy settings, it redirects me to a page titled 'why I can't change my privacy settings?' and the reasons it gives for why I can't do not apply to me because I am 18+, I'm not a child account, and I am the only account in my 'family'. plz help all I want to do is play Minecraft and Halo online with other people. Btw I do not own an Xbox I am playing these on PC.

The Multiplayer setting, Im not using a kids Account since i am Older then 18. Is states on minecraft i need to turn on some Multiplayer Setting To Play on servers and with Friends.
