Discus and support I have already bought Minecraft in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've bought Minecraft windows 10 edition 3 times now on my computer because every time I reset my pc or uninstall the game it asks me to buy it again...     I have already bought Minecraft


    I've bought Minecraft windows 10 edition 3 times now on my computer because every time I reset my pc or uninstall the game it asks me to buy it again on this account. I should be able to play the game I have already purchased. Is there any way I can get
    my money back? I have it on my Xbox but it wont work on windows 10 even though it worked before.

    hi i already uninstall and reinstall using the xbox app but it still show the same on the launcher as for both minecraft dungeon and minecraft bedrock are available in my order history but for the java minecraft i bought it from mojang which have already been migrated to my current microsoft account

    Thank you for your answer, but I already have minecraft on my xbox one. I mean that I have minecraft lastest version, but I don't have xbox one edition. So I can't transfer my saves to minecraft lastest version.(I bought minecraft yesterday)

    I am so sorry you are having issues with your lost account.

    Unfortunately, no, Minecraft is directly linked to the Microsoft account and thus there is no way to recover the Minecraft account or gain a refund etc without access to that account.

    I am sorry. You would have to buy Minecraft again.
