I have almost 3 years in rewards i have never get my points that i Earn

We see multiple Credit events on your account in past months. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

We see that you mention specifically buying pre-orders. However, as mentioned above, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP and do not award MyVIP payback in any way.

Personally, I liked Xbox Live Rewards better. I was a member for 5 years before the program was terminated, and I earned almost $300 in rewards. I have been a member of Microsoft Rewards for almost 4 years now and I've earned like $50 max. I just felt
much more rewarded for my purchases and actions on Xbox Live. I also had 6% off all purchases

what is really bothering me if i have gold also and yet i am not earning any reward points, everytime i login to reward page on xbox.com it just says signup for gold and i already have had gold for years now, it shows previous points i earned year ago but
its not showing any points for this year at all earned, and thats upsetting me why have gold if i cant even earn reward points. their website on xbox.com reward page is messed up so badly, they need to fix it, it keeps saying unlock for vip and when i click
it , it says signup for gold and i have had gold for long time.

I earn reward points by using Bing as my browser search, Edge for browsing and also on my phone. I think Xbox Gold costs around 30k or 36k rewards points which sounds like a lot but 3k points is pretty easy to do in a month. I don't think I have paid
for Gold in 3 or 4 years since I started using Bing. The quizzes can be fun too and give you 30 - 50 points. Then you can earn a few hundred a day in searches alone. I think you can earn points through Xbox game quests too.

There is nothing stopping you signing up to the Microsoft Rewards scheme. You do daily tasks and earn points (free to earn) these points can be exchanged for Xbox subscriptions. I have been doing this and in just over a year, I have earned enough points
to stack Xbox live subscription (now converted to Game Pass Ultimate) till September 2021 and well on my way to earning even more points.
