They both add the funds to the same Microsoft account balance so it would still work the same regardless of the name. But you'd have to contact where you bought it from to see if they would exchange it.

If you're bot seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
