    I loaded my new copy of FS2020 onto my computer and activated it. When I tried to run it it failed with a message saying my PC wasn't up to it. I have bought a much better PC and loaded the 10DVDs, but when I try to activate it, it says that my licence
    has already been used.

    I reached out to the forum and was advised to look in my Microsoft account (.../My Library) and that would sort.

    Now this is the weird bit. When I look in my library there are no entries. The product is not there. I only have one Microsoft account which is linked to my email address. So my licence has been used but the product not listed.

    I have tried to get help from Microsoft store. I've been all over their website, but could find nowhere to ask my question. I spent an hour on the given telephone number, going from one menu option to the next, again without success.

    Can anybody suggest how I can bring my problem to Microsoft's attention?
