I have achievements in Skyrim Special Edition not unlocking

I have the "A new you" achievement in Skyrim special edition at 100% but it isn't unlocking. i have completed the requirement of this achievement a couple of times already but it still isn't unlocking.

Kindly try the steps below and see if it helps;

Please try to resync your Xbox profile to your console by following the steps below. Make sure that you know your account logins before doing these steps.

REMOVE PROFILE:

To remove a profile: From Profile & system, select Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select a profile, then select Remove.

POWER CYCLE CONSOLE:

To restart your console: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller, and then select Restart console > Restart. To power cycle your console if it's frozen: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller for 10 seconds. Then press the Xbox button on the console or on your controller to turn your console back on.

RE-ADD PROFILE:

To add an Xbox profile to a console, press the Xbox button to open the guide and go to Profile & system. Select Add or switch, and then select Add new and follow the instructions.

Just a friendly reminder, if you completed the requirements to unlock the achievement on your console and you have followed the steps above, but it still doesn't show, it might not be synchronized with the Xbox network. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place.

Oh, I mean click the bug report form on the link, Ethan. It’s states there that if you believe there is a bug with an achievement that is preventing your progress from updating, please submit a bug report by using the /bug command in-game or by submitting a report on the link. You need to reach out to Bethesda to check this on their end.

I’ve been able to unlock other achievements on Skyrim and other games but there are some specific achievements just in Skyrim
