    Hi, as the title, I wanted to ask if there is a way to ask for a refund for the wrong payment of one month of Xbox live gold, I accidentally did it and I do not know how to do. Can someone help me please? I would be really so grateful to you

    So.... i requested a refund from Microsoft and my money is coming back in 4 days i accidentally attempted to buy a game and it charged me on my bank account

    Just one sec let's recap, so you asked for a refund and while waiting for the refund you made yet another "accidental" purchase... I suggest you to read the xbox live terms of service.
