I have absolutely no sound from my console and have tried every single trouble shoot option...

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your console audio. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

If I may ask, may I know which type of console are you using, is it an Xbox One or an Xbox series console?

I understand that you have already performed the troubleshooting steps however for us to isolate the issue, we will need to perform more workarounds. Kindly follow these steps and please skip the parts if you have done them already:

1. Check the TV audio is not muted and is at a reasonable volume

2. Your external or built-in TV speakers are properly connected and turned on

3. Check your TV and HDMI connections

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options.
Select Video fidelity & overscan.
Under Display, select HDMI.

4. Run the Audio tool setup:

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Volume & audio output.
Select the Audio setup option under Advanced.

Highlight the audio setup option you wish to use and then press the A button  to begin the audio test.

Note: The audio setup options in this list will vary depending on the audio setup your console detects. The console will only display the options that are available to test.

Watch the animations displayed as the test is running to determine if the audio is not playing back through a specific speaker in your setup, and troubleshoot that speaker if you notice any playback errors.

5. If your Xbox console is connected to an audio-video receiver that's connected to your TV and you have no sound, follow these steps:

Use the Input button on your TV’s remote control to switch the input source of your receiver away from the console and then back (for example, HDMI1 to HDMI2, then back to HDMI1).

Restart the audio-video receiver.

Set your TV connection to HDMI. Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide, then select Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options. Choose the Video fidelity & overscan option, and under Display, select HDMI.

Hey there, are you getting any errors that you can share with us in order to help troubleshoot the issue?

Ive been having the same issue with my windows 10 xbox app. Its stating Teredo is unable to qualify and my sever connectivity is blocked. I HAVE tried every single option on the trouble shoot page and nothing works. This also started randomly about two weeks
ago.

I have done a lot of troubleshooting including using several other discs that work on my 360 fine.

I have restarted the console I have factory reset the console I have cleaned the discs I have tried regional trouble shooting. Everything but xbox 360 games work fine.

I have a lot of backwards compatibility Xbox 360 games and none of them play on my Xbox one X but if I put in a normal xbox one or dvd it works fine.

I have exhausted all my options for trouble shooting including changing the power mode

Every thing has been fine for me up until yesterday as well. Tried all of the trouble shooting options to no success. I think this an xbox service issue.
