    Hello ,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble signing into your accounts on your Xbox Series X console. This sounds like a frustrating issue and I'll do my best to help you resolve it.

To better understand the problem, I would like to ask you a few probing questions. Please answer them as accurately as possible.

    - When did you first notice the issue?

    - Have you tried to sign in with different accounts or on a different console?

    - Do you get any error codes or messages when you try to sign in?

    - Have you checked your network settings and internet connection?

    - Have you performed any troubleshooting steps such as restarting your console, clearing your cache, or resetting your console?

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:

    - Power cycle your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds, then unplugging the power cord for another 10 seconds. Plug it back in and turn it on.

    - Clear the local saved games cache by going to Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games. This will not delete any of your saved games from the cloud, but it may take some time to sync them when you sign in again.

    - Update your console software by going to Settings > System > Updates & downloads > Update console. If there is an update available, download and install it.

    - Try signing in again with your accounts. If you still get a loading screen and then get kicked out, you may need to reset your console to factory defaults. This will erase all your data and settings from the console, so make sure you have backed up anything important to an external drive or the cloud. To reset your console, go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console > Reset and keep my games & apps. This will keep your installed games and apps, but you will need to sign in and download your profile again.

I hope this helps you fix the issue and enjoy your Xbox Series X. If you need further assistance, please let us know. Have a great day!
The power cycle troubleshoot did work however, I have noticed that its an issue with the latest update. Since the latest update the series X console takes at least 5 mins before it connects to the to the Microsoft servers, while it struggles to connect to the servers YouTube will still work but only if it successfully signs me in on booth up.

I can confirm that this is a bug with the latest software update cause I have been taking software updates before and didn't experience this sign in and live connection issue the bug make the console think its not online even though my internet connection is Excellent it takes like 3-5 minutes before it connects to the Microsoft servers. I hope this issue gets fixed with the next software update cause its really inconvenient and annoying.

    - When did you first notice the issue? Since the latest update.

    - Have you tried to sign in with different accounts or on a different console? unfortunately not as i don't have access to another console.

    - Do you get any error codes or messages when you try to sign in? Yes it also boot me out of the sign in screen as it fails to load.

    - Have you checked your network settings and internet connection? Yes my internet connection is excellent cause YouTube works on the console while I'm trying to sign in or waiting to get connected to the Microsoft Server.

    - Have you performed any troubleshooting steps such as restarting your console, clearing your cache, or resetting your console? Yes thankfully the power cycle option worked, however I keep my console on the shutdown power setting so when i go to power it on to start playing games i have to wait like 3-5 minutes to get connected to the Microsoft servers and sometimes I cannot login to my user profile right after booth up.

    Hello TevinCunningham,

We appreciate you sharing this with us and for carefully documenting the steps you took to address the issue and the outcomes. Our development team has to look into this matter more, in my opinion. Please report your case to Xbox Feedback so that we can work with you to remedy this problem. You can provide the Xbox development team with feedback and suggestions through the Xbox Feedback portal. By submitting your case to Xbox Feedback, you'll contribute in our ability to rapidly investigate and resolve the issue.

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button , and then select Report a problem to launch the Report a Problem app.
    2. Select Report new problem.
    3. If you’re experiencing an audio or video issue, you can provide additional info and diagnostics to your problem report by selecting Reproduce with advanced diagnostics. Otherwise select Continue with standard diagnostics.

Note If you select Reproduce with advanced diagnostics, continue with the instructions that are found in the section, “Report a problem with media tracing.”
    4. Choose the most appropriate category and subcategory from each dropdown. If you’re not sure what to choose, make your best guess.
    5. If you have a screenshot or game clip with your issue, ensure that Include screenshot or Include game clip is selected.
    6. You may be prompted to complete your report another way:
      • If you select Use another device, you can use your mobile device to scan the provided QR code and continue from your device. This is helpful if your problem report has a lot of details that typing with the virtual keyboard on console may prove difficult.
      • If you select Continue on console, you can continue through the steps in this section to submit your issue from your Xbox console. You can use a USB keyboard, the Xbox Chatpad, or the Xbox app on your mobile or Windows device to submit the details of your report.

Note If you’re using a virtual assistant such as Cortana or Alexa, bring up the keyboard for each text field, and then press the View button to use voice-to-text.
    7. Enter a short title for your issue.
    8. Enter a description of your issue. Consider the following questions when deciding what details to include:
      • What is the problem or unexpected behavior?
      • What steps did you take to encounter the problem?
      • What additional software, hardware, or accessories were you using when you encountered the problem?
      • Were there any specific error codes or messages you saw when you encountered the problem or behavior? If so, what did it say?
    9. Select Submit. It can take several seconds for your problem report to send.
