    I have a Xbox One S and i have 2 problems with it


    okay the first problem is that none of the Games i do be-leave that their the Bulray format for the games that will not play but the other dvd format games i have do play and the reason i think it is the blueray format is cuzz i put a blueray in my disk
    drive and it did not play and when i put a dvd in the diskdrive it dose play

    problem 2

    the other problem is a bout a other controller so that whn i have ppl come over that can play games with me and well the bran new controller will not stay connected to the xbox one s and now it will not connect in less i plug it in with a usb cabel i think
    that my xbox one s is broke but i cant get in contact with any one from microsoft at all it is like thay don have any customer serves any more and i dont like haveing to type cuzz i cant spell varey well

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear you have problems with your Xbox One S. First of all in regards to not being able to play Blu-ray movies, have you already downloaded the

    Blu-ray player app    ? For solutions to issues you may be having with disc playback, see

    For the controller not working unless you have it connected via USB, have you checked to see if it needs any updates? For troubleshooting steps go over our article' 'Troubleshoot

    Hi sorry for your problem, have you tried to press the keys to balance the Xbox and Xbox pads? Batteries may also be unsuitable. Instead the first problem may be that the disk drive has a problem, have you tried it with a hard reset? If it does not work,
    contact the service.

    Does your TV have a game mode? If so, try changing to that mode, sounds like post processing might be happening and Game Mode disables most (if not all) of that.
