I have a xbox controller but for some reason it says it's warranty expired

I did all of that, but it says the warranty for the controller expired on the 10th of April, so can I still get a warranty on the controller or no? Because it's concerning how this issue is still occurring but no one talks about it.

All Xbox Controllers have a 90 Days Warranty with Xbox, but if you warranty already expire, you still can send the controller with Xbox Support but you will have to pay. Verifiy with Xbox Support service.

I have done that multiple times, and it always ends up with Xbox support transferring me to Store support back and forth for hours. It says I have no options for the controller because the warranty is expired, despite having Xbox Elite Controller with Accidental Damage Coverage. Without it showing correctly it blocks all my support options.

If the controller purchase date it's from August 2021 and was purchased trough an official store the controller still have warranty, you must contact Xbox support on their site to ask for a warranty update, just be sure to have your proof of purchase available

I registered the controller but it says that the warranty expired on 01-16-22. I tried going through the "contact us" icon but it says phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue. I'm not sure what to do next. If I do get a number to call are they just going to say that it's out of warranty and there is nothing that can be done?
