Due to the privacy and security standards and policies, Microsoft holds for us, in some cases, it will help us while other times it may feel it's working against us but overall, it is designed to protect every one of our accounts.

In cases where emails are forgotten, we the account holder/ creator will not be able to request any information regarding any account whether we are the creator or not as that would breach the privacy agreement we agree to upon account creation.

The only option we will have is to follow the link below and scroll down and select the "Find Adult Account Email Address" as most of us would have linked the account to a 360, Xbox One, Series X, PC, or Mobile device and may have also used it for other services such as gaming services like Ubisoft, Activision, Social Club accounts or Netflix, etc.

Again, there will be a ton of avenues we can explore regarding locating that email but it cannot be provided or requested outside of the account recovery form.

Ah OK i get it now. Bit of a sticky situation and to be honest I wouldnt hold much hope of you getting the account back. It has been two years since it happened and you did say you've forgotten all the info.

Knowing this now I can only echo what others have said and contact support and explain the issue. If you can prove you own the account they may be able to help.

Yes this is old my account stoneyalexrockz because this one has silver but this is DannyGoldBeast and i cant sign into this account because I have forgotten my password to both this account and email i know bad move but everytime I try connecting to xbox
live it says Your connection to xbox live has been lost. Please sign in again and I have tried multiple of times but has not worked.

1. The parental account has been inactive for over 6 years I believe, wasn't used up until the moment I am prompted to use it on xbox live. The password has been forgotten ect.

2. I am aware that there is a glitch in the xbox live system that the accounts which were linked to a parental account have reverted back. The account was created with my date of birth and clearly is 20 by this year. I am hoping it is a techincal error otherwise
I can't access my account because the password for the parental account and all information relevant to it have gone.
