    Hi, I received a 366 day ban after telling off a simp who for months engaged in inappropriate behavior and was taking advantage of my autistic girlfriends, well, not understanding social situations. It hit a head when she blocked him, and he started to harass her, and then message me. I did snap a bit, but one set of messages got a full year ban, and some where overturned, a 15 day here, a two day there. I still have the 364 days remaining one. And the ones not over turned are far less severe, as the first one approved, literally said 'explitive you'. I need to contact literally anyone to dispute this further, id take a chat ban for sure, but the service ban is insane. And some messages he reported multiple times it appears. I have screen grabs of everything, I just need anyone to speak to. I cannot submit tickets so I need a contact. Even if it is socials of some kind. I did attempt messaging the Xbox insta. Any info on how to use social media to reach out to them, or if there is a way I could get in contact with 'corporate' or anything would be amazing. I cannot believe I got a year ban, after almost a year of the most disgusting behavior that I had to sit through. Seriously one of the messages I had action against me on doesn't even have one curse word or anything in it. The ai is not useful, and they have become increasingly hard to contact. Please please help a guy out. A literal predator creep gets to keep creeping while an angry boyfriend trying to defend his autistic girl gets the boot.

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry, but the only way to dispute any enforcement actions is through the case review process. The Enforcment team does not use the forums, and they don't have any contact methods.

    If she (or you) hasn't done so yet, be sure to mute, block and report any messages received from the user. Keep in mind, you won't know what action has been taken against the user beyond a "thank you for your report" in some cases.

    An appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handle bans. If they haven't responded yet, you'll need to wait for their answer. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done. Console bans cannot be reversed.

    There's nothing else you can do.You get one appeal & if that was denied then that's it.

    Permanent bans are usually issued due to someone having several enforcement actions in the past or the offence was so severe that a perm ban was issued,

    I would ask your son what he's been doing.
