    I have a Turkish account, a turkish Deniz bank card, but I cannot buy Call of Duty 3 for 1999 TL. However I can buy items in game for 150 TL. What can be the problem?

    I'm not sure about the exchange rates

    If you are trying to get vault.edition upgrade you need the base game purchased digitally

    Or you can buy the 100euro vault edition which is complete

    The problem you are experiencing is somewhat strange. Have you tried contacting your payment provider to verify that there is no limitation on the amount of money you can spend online?

    You can only use your Turkish Lira currency in the Turkish Store. And no, sadly, you can't use your Finnish Visa card as a payment method for a Turkish Store, you have to use a Turkish payment method like your Turkish Lira currency.

    From which store can I buy turkish lira currency to my xbox? I already searched everywhere?

    And just to make sure, It's ok to use it (my finnish visa card) as PAYMENT METHOD for a turkish store, but it's not ok to buy from it?

    And can i buy games and play them from the turkish store normally without using a vpn? Cause i really didn't understand that point?

    Please answer every question SEPARATELY, cause I'm lost here
