I have a transaction that was cancelled but the money still went through.

Back in November last year my xbox live renewed, however because I didn't have money in my bank at the time, the transaction was cancelled.

A few days later I got some money but for some reason the transaction that got cancelled still took the money and I was never given the 1 year renewal.

A little over week ago promotion for 12 month xbox live gold for $40 was available and I went for it (I was sick of paying $25 every 3 months in the recent past, but I didn't have $60 to throw out at one time at the given moment so I cancelled it). A little
over a week later, I try to take advantage of some online FIFA and I can't play other people. Why? I don't have Xbox live....I chatted with a guy from microsoft and he said that my transaction may not have gone through so....Any reason why my transaction didn't
go through? I'm sure the money was't the problem!

Cannot purchase xbox live

I had xbox live on auto renewal with a credit card that was recently cancelled. The transaction will not go through because my card was cancelled and now it wont let me buy xbox live with my new credit card.

Double check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to make sure the transaction went through. If it doesn't show or shows as cancelled, you would still need to purchase
the game.

You should check on account.microsoft.com that the transaction went through for the game, and also check your bank to see if the funds went through as well. If Xbox had trouble taking the payment, then it would have been cancelled.

That's how pre-orders work. Again, check your transaction history to see if it shows the order as being complete there. If it shows as cancelled or something else, then the payment never went through and you were not charged for the game so you would still have to buy it.

I have purchased 2 other games now and the transaction went through 100% , but the first 12 game is still on pending and my money is already gone, is there a faster way to connect support other than phone calling.
