    I have a transaction ID, and an Order receipt for an account, but my account is not there.


    I ordered minecraft on exactly Sun Jul 10 07:31:50 UTC 2022 with the order ID and transaction ID below

    Transaction ID: adyen:NFKD5SCTMHT4Q4C2

    but every time I log into the email and account it's associated with, it's telling me that I have yet to purchase it.

    I am very sorry for the problem you are going through. For this type of case I suggest you request a REFUND for this, there is a form, which is as follows:

    https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

    There you will have to fill out the form with some information that will be requested and you should know that in case the refund request is rejected, you will have to respond to the email they sent you explaining the reason for your refund so that the team in charge can review the request again.

    You should also know that game refunds must be made before 14 days have passed since the game was purchased and the game has not been played for a long time, that is, considerable hours of play have not been accumulated. Otherwise, if these prerequisites are not met, the game cannot be refunded.

    Subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

    Did you purchase Minecraft for Windows, Java Edition or Minecraft for console?

    Do you have the receipt of purchase on your email so you can see the Transaction ID and order number?

    If so, you will need to contact Minecraft support. They will look into your account and see why you are not being able to play it anymore. They might ask for the Transaction ID and order number for reference, so please try to see on your email receipt if you have access to it.

    Can't reinstall Minecraft because I haven't paid for Game Pass even though I had previously bought Minecraft years before using Game Pass.

    After digging through my Email, I have found the order receipt for my purchase of the game. Again, It was purchased on the same account that still shows that I have never made a purchase, under "Order History" on the Microsoft site. I now have access to my order ID and transaction ID. From here I can get my copy of the game up and in order on my own.

    Microsoft, please fix this issue, if I had deleted that email of my receipt, I believe that there would have been no possible way for me to prove my purchase due to the clearly faulty order history records.

    To anyone having the same issue, this is my best solution for you, and good luck.
