I have a suspension that doesn't state the reason if suspension.

Unfortunately we are unable to help with enforcement issues. You would have been sent a message to the email associated with your account that gives more info on the suspension though. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders just in case.

You can also log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to see the reason and duration of the action as well as open a case review with the PET if available.

Please note that a case review is only available for suspensions longer than 24 hours and the PET can take up to 48 hours to respond.

I do apologize but I'm afraid that this is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you're using a child account then the parent account would need to file the case review.

Was the suspension temporary or permanent?

Temporary suspensions cannot be appealed as they are reviewed before the suspension is issued.

You should have received an email stating the length of the suspension and the reason for it.

It's true that people can report for any reason, but the enforcement team only issues a suspension if you have done something to violate the code of content/terms of service. They don't issue suspensions based on a quantity of reports either so mass reporting doesn't result in a suspension unless something wrong was done.

So you have previous violations, hence the longer suspension. It doesn't matter how long ago they were.

As already stated, you filed the case review, they looked at it and upheld their verdict. All you can do is sit out your suspension.

I understand your situation. But first of all, as I mentioned, here in the community we do not deal with the suspensions so we cannot assist with it. Also, it is good to state that no suspensions/bans are given without a reason.
