I have a suspension on every account thats on my xbox

Recently I have been suspended for voice chat on xbox but 3 days after the initial suspension I get an Enforcement action notification on EVERY account that's on my xbox saying (They have not been suspended they are new accounts, literally just made 5 of
them to test this theory) that I've been suspended from Multiplayer, Communication, and social. Yesterday I was able to play online on my account that was voice chat suspended (My main account) so idk why I am automatically suspended from all my accounts for
voice chat. Also the worst part is...there is no due date/deadline for the enforcement action where i cant play multiplayer/communicate on my other accounts, I am confused on why I am banned because there is no specific account on which I am banned because
i get the notification on every account on my console and I even talked to xbox support 6 times and they have no idea so I test something myself. I had a friend of mine sign into my account to see if the global ban was coming from my main account with the
actual voice communication account and he was able to play online without a problem just wasn't able to talk in a party and send messages as expected. I am confused to believe that this is a console issue or an account issue.

Some one please assist me in any way, my gamertag is but like i said i can't talk until 3/24/18

Suspension

Hello I log on to my xbox account today. And I was surprised to know that I had a suspension I can absolutely no longer discuss with my friends that is in message or vocal. I did absolutely nothing to have a suspension no harassment. No cheating I have not
done anything can I have details on my suspension if you please?

Communication and Multiplayer

My account suspension was expired May 28th at 4.39AM and when I got back on today I was still communication banned and couldn't speak on none of my accounts. It seems that it's every account that I get on and I checked my email to see if i got banned again
and i didnt have any active suspensions. I tried calling support and contacting the enforcement team through email and none of that helped. Please I need support.

If you're seeing that message for each profile on the same console, that generally indicates that the console has been issued a suspension. One way to test that is to sign into a different console with one of those accounts, and see if you get the same message
for that account with a different console as well.

You haven't received a suspension? Thats normally the message you get if

1. You account is a child account and have certain setting turned on

2. You received a suspension from Xbox

Here is a better way to put it... '" received 3 suspensions at once. I was reported for ''gamerpicture'' the first suspension if I recall was a 1 day. The second one was a perma-ban. The third one was a suspension for months (thats the one
thats still there) I did not know how many suspensions I had If I knew i had close to 10 I never would have done nothing heck I would have locked up my profile and muted my microphone because I would'nt risk losing over 1,000+ days worth of time and thousands
of dollars worth of content on the xbox. None of it matters much because the profile is now banned and I have to restart from scratch with the new account ''Smug Death Gun'' This profile has no prior suspension and the suspension thats preventing the auto-sign
in is the one on '''' somehow effecting other profiles.

my account says i do not have an active suspension. I called and spoke with microsoft and they are saying it is 0ct 6 when my suspension is up not oct 8th. when i go into my account on enforcement.xbox.com the suspension that you are telling me to write
a case review on is over and there is no way to file a case review since its past the date it was suspended until. thats where im having the problem

I am HitmanKingJay and Xbox gave me a permanent suspension from the Xbox network and I understand the rules and 10 years on three consoles from Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, gone and suspension for words is just crazy , videogames has been a huge impact on my whole life now that I can't used my account it hurts so bad I can't even enjoy every day life , I have made a lot of friends and family, all the memories of gaming on Xbox consoles gone, I can't restart over it hurts to must my account isn't just gamertag it's a part of me, and I need someone to help get this permanent suspension took down because this isn't helping my mood and so if can't get back then this is good bye thank you for the good day Xbox

Youd have to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review if you havent done so already. Thats the only way to contact the enforcement team and possibly have a ban/suspension lifted.
