I have a suspension longer than 24 hours but can't file for review

If you think that this suspension was issued in error, you can file a case review, if the suspension lasts for more than 24 hours.

To file the case review, go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and sign in with your suspended account.

Click on the yellow tile with the hammer on it, and click on the currently active suspension and file a Case Review.

If the suspension is "only" for 24 hours, you'll just have to wait it out, as a Case Review would take longer than the actual suspension, and keep you suspended longer.

If it's less than 24 hours you won't be able to file a case review.

If it is longer than 24 hours and you filed a case review and it has been upheld, there is nothing more you can do, but to wait out the suspension.

• - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

The reason is it takes longer for the investigation than the ban would last.
