    el dia 17 de diciembre de 2017 mi suscripcion de xbox live gold fue renovada,y el dia 18 compre otra (ambas de un periodo de un mes).

    El dia 18 en la noche revise mi historial de compras, y me percate de que la suscripcion que se renovo el 17 de diciembre estaba pendiente, no le di mucha importancia hasta que al dia siguente al ver el estado de la cuenta de la tarjeta de credito se habian
    cobrado (y tambien de mi saldo en mi cuenta microsoft), ambas suscripciones a pesar de que una estaba pendiente y presuntamente sin pagar, hoy 7 de enero de 2018 sigue pendiente.

    Entre a mi xbox, vi cuando tenia que ser la siguiente renovacion de mi suscripcion de xbox live, y era el dia 17 de enero de 2018, a pesar de tener dos meses presuntamente activos.

    Nota:intentente reembolso y no habia la opcion

    On December 17, 2017 my subscription to xbox live gold was renewed, and on the 18th I bought another one (both for a period of one month).

    On the 18th at night check my shopping history, and I noticed that the subscription that was renewed on December 17 was pending, I did not give much importance until the next day to see the status of the card account credit had been charged (and also my
    balance in my Microsoft account), both subscriptions although one was pending and allegedly unpaid, today January 7, 2018 is still pending.

    I entered my xbox, when I had to be the next renewal of my subscription to xbox live, and it was January 17, 2018, despite having two months allegedly active.

    Note: try refund and there was no option

    Xbox Live hard to cancel

    I got a deal when I set up my new profile on a 3 month subscription to Xbox Live. I paid $9.99 for 3 months. Then I forgot to cancel it and they automatically charged my card. I just figured out how to remove the automatic renewal but I have a charge pending for another 3 months. It is so hard to cancel a subscription.

    Can’t find Xbox Live redemption code

    I purchased an Xbox Live Gold Subscription online on the Microsoft site. I have a confirmation that I’ve paid for it but I have not received the redemption code. Can anyone help me? Thanks

    When looking at my subscriptions it doesn't say that my pre-paid is cancelled, however it's not even there. I'm hoping it just shows current and former subscriptions, not showing pending ones

    Thanks for the reply. I just want to confirm that you are saying we won't be charged our next subscription fee until December 1st. As of now we have paid 2 subscription fees for the month of October (due to the upgrade). Please advise. Thanks.
