    I won the pes2017 in the promo of pepsi fans in August of 2017 and I had my xboxlive account in spain since it was new in xbox live and in uruguay country where I live there is no xbox live unfortunately then I claim the code of pepsi fans and I redimi on
    the page of xbox and when I discard everything but downloaded properly but I got "region error" or something like that and probe desistalandolo and putting in Argentina and when I put it down because the game is on my list of games of xbox reaches an X amount
    of percentage example 81 or 91 and it is reinitialized and I can never download any quick solution, nobody gives me an answer please

    You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but generally you won't get everything back. As you saw, you were only supposed to send the console and nothing else as you are not guaranteed to get all of that back. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Help a have a serious problem

    I'm from Mexico, I have a problem and I need an urgent help, it turns out that I send a console to service, it's the first time I did it, I read and printed the guide they gave me but I did not seen until after sending the console I had an email that said
    that only the console should send, I sent everything as I bought it with original box, controls, kinnect and cables, they just returned the pure console without anything that I had sent them , in my ignorance I tried to be honest sending them everything as
    I had bought it, because if they are seeing that I feel them with everything they are not able to understand that it was a mistake and I have them with everything I feel them? That me has very disapointment and sad, it is not possible that microsoft allow
    that kind of dishonesty on the part of workers in Mexico, specifically Reynosa Tamaulipas, please if I already bought a full console, please return me the full console soon possible, thanks.

    You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but generally you won't get everything back. As you saw, you were only supposed to send the console and nothing else as you are not guaranteed to get all of that back. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    I have a few solutions here that may solve your issue.

    Ok first solution you can do is by steps below

    • Hit your middle button on your xbox controller
    • Then go to settings
    • Go to system settings and into storage
    • Now high light over your hard drive and select Y and hit clear system cache
    • After this please re download your profile to your hard drive
    If this solution does not work you can try the one below

    • Reset your router and modem and keep them off for about 5-10 minutes
    If this solution does not work you can try this last one this involves re updating your xbox.

    • Hit your middle button on your controller
    • Go to settings and into system settings
    • hit storage and highlight over Hard Drive
    • Now hit LB RB X LB RB X and then hit yes
    This will make you re update your xbox 360 console but should be the final solution to your problem.

    Having a Serious connectivity problem.

    Same exact issue. I consider myself a very high level power user and have set up at least a hundred networks with port forwarding and DMZ's. Same model router/modem combo, same service. I do know that UPNP must be off for anything to work. I can't say enough
    how god awful these netopia router combos are. You can't even make more than one computer on your network have the same port forwarded to it. So multiple gaming machines is completely impossible and getting above a moderate NAT is damn near impossible.

    Has anyone figured anything out at all with this issue?? Please let me know! Help save the thousands of people in Hawaii from this problem if you know an answer.
