I have a really hard time connecting to your server.

I have the preview but I've been able to play. I might have a hard time initially connecting 20% of time, but once on the servers it seems fine.

Hi there, sorry to hear about your issues connecting to the servers. I don't really have any advice that hasn't been stated before, but I just wanted to let you know that a lot of people have issues with Anthem.

I would honestly suggest trying as hard as possible to get a refund from wherever you bought the game. Anthem is fun for the first 10 hours or so but then you realise that everything is pretty much the same, so it just gets really tedious and repetitive.

Anthem may become a good game somewhere down the road much like No Man's Sky, but right now in the game's current state it isn't really worth trying too hard to get connected.

My point is that your money could probably be put to better use somewhere else, but if you're dead set on playing Anthem I would suggest giving it about a week then try to connect again. EA Servers are really wonky sometimes and in my experience they're
not always honest about things like the servers.

Can't connect to the EA servers. Just keeps buffering and says "connecting". Really want to get Battlefield 1 but I've had problems connecting to the ea servers from time to time for the past month. What gives?

Hey, sorry you're having such a hard time with your Xbox.

It may be reporting as an Xbox live error, but it is most likely an issue with the internet/modem connection. Since you're not using the Xbox for gaming or anything else, it's hard to identify if it's the apps, the xbox itself, or your connection.

I can tell you though, if it was solely the Xbox Live server, there would be many many more posts and complaints around the issue.

Have you tried resetting your modem?

Sometimes the servers has issues with connections between players. Its not really your connection, its more of the servers.
