    I have a question relating to continues file corruption on my xbox one in Minecraft.


    If all data is saved to the cloud every 5 minutes on my Xbox one, how do I retrieve the saved file before the corruption happened? I have removed my account and brought it back, I have deleted saved data, I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I even started my world over and again the files were corrupted. This has been going on now for over a year!! HELP!!! Should I take it back to factory settings??

    I'm sorry, but if the cloud save got corrupted, you cannot recover an "old" cloud save that is not corrupted. I'm really sorry about this and I hope you understand.

    Whenever I try to load my minecraft world it freezes!

    Check to make sure that there are no corrupted files on your hard drive relating to Minecraft.

    there is also no file corrupt file on my hdd

    It has been a week since i noticed the issue and still no solution ( they now are on my account to see if they can replicate the issue )

    Full Games from Market = Corrupt

    I tried to download Red Dead Redemption directly from xbox, it said: "cannot continue purchase due to not availability of the game in my region or the file is corrupted". I purchase it from my laptop, then went back to xbox for downloading. after downloading
    , the game in my storage shows corrupted file.

    how to solve the problem?
