I have a question Can you make it possible to download games and apps from Xbox web

Just as you cannot download games from Steam through Steam's website or the epic game store, EA, Ubisoft, the google play or apple app store or any other service

The launcher manages many aspects of the game including copy protection

From the Xbox app on PC, you can only see games compatible with PC, not all purchased games like you can with the Xbox app on mobile phones. Additionally, it is not possible to do this through a web browser; it can only be done via the mobile phone app.

If possible, have you tried making the purchase on a different device or web browser? You can buy games online from xbox.com

I'm afraid that's not possible, if you bought them from the Microsoft Store or Xbox app you can only download them from either of those apps. The download cannot be delivered as RAR files.
